Connections

The Liang Lab is committed to collaboration which has connected us to diverse fields and institutions.

The Liang Lab is proud to call UW-Madison home. Here we have recently started collaborating within our own department Medical Microbiology & Immunology as well as the departments of Rheumatology and Dermatology. We are also members of UW Skin Disease Research Center and UW Carbone Cancer Center.

As our lab grows, we are excited to partner with numerous graduate training programs such as Microbiology Doctoral Training Program, Cellular and Molecular Biology Program, and Environmental Toxicology Program to name a few. See all of the programs Dr. Liang is training in here.

In order to share our love of biological sciences with others, we happily participate in outreach programs such as WISE (Women in Science and Engineering), Saturday Science and Discovery, and the Wisconsin Science Festival.

Outside UW-Madison, our work naturally connects us to numerous organizations such as Lupus Foundation of America, Sjogren’s Foundation, Rheumatology Research Foundation, Childhood Arthritis and Rheumatology Research Alliance, American College of Rheumatology, Society of Investigative Dermatology, and the American Association of Immunologists.
